Occupational testing
What is it?
An occupational test is a psychological assessment used in the workplace, for all levels of employment and all types of job.
What will I be tested on?
- Verbal - Spelling and grammar is tested for clerical positions. Managers and graduates are assessed for critical reasoning.
- Numerical - These tests range from basic arithmetic for clerical workers to numerical critical reasoning, where information is drawn from business data.
- Diagrammatic - Abstract shapes and diagrams are used to test logical reasoning.
